Our Annual Plan of Work details what the Pocono Northeast Resource Conservation & Development County will do over a one to two year timeframe.  It is based on our Area Plan, and includes specific strategies and action steps, assignment of tasks, and funding information.  The Annual Plan of Work serves as the formal agreement that supports NRCS annual funding of the Council's staffing and office support for the year.  It is based on these four goals:

           Community Resource Development
           Non-Profit Organization & Management
